Yes, real beer is added to this soap. And, no you will not smell like stale day-old beer! The hops in beer are known to smooth skin and it contains amino acids to soften the skin. Beer also adds a great lather. This soap also is loaded with avocado oils for people with dry skin and shea butter for a creamy luxuriousness. The mini size is perfect for trying the soap before committing to a full size bar.

Soap bars do get better the longer they age. The longer they are left to cure the longer they will last and will produce more lather. Using a soap dish that will keep your soap out of a puddle of water will prolong its life. I suggest using bar soap within one year after purchase.
Sea and Clean soap and shampoo bars are made in small batches and each batch will look slightly different. My soap is available as 'No Scent Added' and 'Essential Oils'. Bars scented with essential oils are much lighter in scent than bars that have synthetic fragrances. No scent added bars have no essential oils added, but since I do not use chemicals to remove all scents there might be a slight scent from the ingredients used. For example, Honey Oatmeal -no scent added has a slight sweet scent from the honey.
